Date Of Birth : 1979

Jignasha Ojha did her BFA and MFA in Painting from M.S. University of Baroda, in the years 2001 and 2003 respectively.

Since then she has been exhibiting her works in many art exhibitions in India, the recent ones are “Unfolding Grace”, in A.B.S Gallery Baroda; 2006; Space Studio at Vadodara; ‘Sense and Blend’, Kaleidoscope Gallery, Vadodara; ‘Synonyms of a woman’, Sarjan Art Gallery, Vadodara; ‘Tsunami Welfare Show’, Kaleidoscope Art Gallery, Vadodara; 2005; National Exhibition, Lucknow; 2004; Gujarat state Lalit Kala Academy Annual Exhibition; 2003; Gujarat state Lalit Kala Academy Annual Exhibition; 2002; National Exhibition, Ahmedabad; Nokia Exhibition, Delhi; Camelin Group Exhibition, Vadodara; 2001.

She has been a part of various art camps like the National women artist camp; DCS BOOK, Vaghman, Kerela; Tsunami Welfare Camp, Kaleidoscope Art Gallery, Vadodara; 2005; Rajasthani Traditional Printing Workshop, Vanasthali, Rajasthan; 2004; Paint on Sari; Kanoria Art Center, Ahmedabad; 2003; Casin on Paper Tempera, M.S. University; Vadodara; Drawing workshop, conducted by an American artist Kathryan Myers, M.S. University of Baroda; Drawing workshop, conducted by an American artist Kathryan Myers, M.S. University of Baroda; Camelin Water Colour Workshop in Ranguper, Gujarat; 2002.

She has received many awards; the prominent ones are National Scholarship awarded by ministry of HRD, New Delhi in 2004; Working Scholarship for Artist given by Kanoria Art Center, Ahemedabad, Gujarat; 2003; Nasareen Mohammedi Scholarship, awarded as the best student for M.A; 2001.

Her works are in the collection at ABB Company Baroda; DCS BOOK, MBA College, Kerela; Sarjan Art Gallery, Vadodara; A. B. S Gallery Baroda; and many private collections.
